In collaboration with Epic, Alliance and the Coachella Innovation team, our work spanned concept development and creative production for artist-themed mini-games on Coachella Island in Fortnite. Highlighting takeovers by GRIMES, Peso Pluma, and DJ Snake, these experience promoted multiplayer interaction, with a dedicated Discord channel as the central hub for player collaboration and game tips. We also produced a multi-player Fortnite scavenger hunt connected to the Coachella Quests experience. Why does this matter: Festival fans aren´t just festival fans. They´re gamers, sneakerheads, vintage collectors, foodies and so much more. When you provide opportunities for fans to flex their interests and explore new ways to interact with your festival, you gain stronger community connections and brand loyalty. Put simply, when you find your `people` - the one´s who share the same hobbies or obscure internet lore - you spend more time and energy keeping those friends in your life. We help festivals become that shared connection between fans, a memorable space where they feel a sense of belonging and a gravity to keep coming back year after year.
